Am I eligible for accommodation at the Village?
All registered students at University of Canberra are eligible to apply for accommodation at the Village. This is irrespective of whether you are a full time, part-time, undergraduate or postgraduate student or a research assistant. Teachers and tutors at University of Canberra are also eligible to apply.
Are pets allowed?
There is a strict no pets policy at the Village. This includes goldfish and birds.
How much does it cost?
Individual costs will vary between room types at the Village. Prices are set to ensure that the Village is competitive and affordable for students who are looking for on-campus accommodation. Click here for a detailed list of all fees and charges.
Can my partner live with me?
Spouses, partners, boyfriends or girlfriends will be able to apply for accommodation at the Village as long as they are students of the University of Canberra. Rooms will be allocated per person. Couples will be provided with individual rooms and will not be permitted to share a room, however, can request to be allocated rooms in the same apartment.
Where can my visitors park, when they come to visit or stay over?
Feel free to let your visitors park onsite any time they please.
