RESIDENTIAL FEES 2010

Weekly rates are listed below. Room tariffs for an 18 or 45 week stay do not attract GST. Three payment options are available – fortnightly, semesterly or the whole academic year, via a direct debit request form. Utility fees are payable at the time of the residential fees as per your payment option chosen.

We do not require residents to pay a full residential semester’s fees in advance, allowing you to budget for fortnightly payments.

The purpose of the security deposit is to give the Village comfort that all fees will be fully paid and all other obligations of residents properly discharged. Security deposits will be refunded at the end of the year if all apartment furniture and fittings are considered to be of satisfactory condition, taking into account general wear and tear.

Residents will be given an opportunity to inspect their rooms before moving in and to record any defects and request maintenance if required. This process is fully detailed in the Village Handbook.
