CONTACTING RESIDENT ASSISTANTS

The Team members can be contacted a number of ways. As all of the team live in the Village they can often be found walking around or in the pool, laundry or kiosk area. If you don't know the members of the team then you can view their photo's and a brief blurb on each in The Resident Assistants Team.

For routine enquiries and emergencies when the office is closed, such as lockouts, noise issues and medical emergencies please call the on-call Resident Assistant on 0402 992 040.

The RA Team can also be contacted from the unisafe phone outside the administration office, the great room, building 8 in the new development and the 'mushroom' phone in between A-D and E-H by dialing ext 3511.

Laura Creese, the Residential Services Officer, can be contacted via the Village Administration Office or by emailing laura.creese@canberrauv.com.au. If you have a serious problem or in case of an emergency Laura can also be contacted on ext 3528.
