The primary means of communication within the Village is by email, so it is important that you inform the Village Management immediately of any changes to your email address. General notices will also be posted on the Village website, and around the Village.
Snail mail – residents can hire private mailboxes at the standard Australia Post charge. Boxes are located outside the Village Administration Office.
When parcels are delivered by Australia Post, they will be kept at the Administration office and you will be sent an email for your collection of the parcel.
Neither the Village nor any of its representatives will sign for any courier or non-Australia Post deliveries on your behalf, except in exceptional circumstances where you have authorised us in writing to do so.
It is a resident's responsibility to regularly check their mail box.
When you leave the Village you need to fill out the departure notice with your forwarding address, should any mail be delivered to the Village.
For Residents leaving at the end of the semester/end of the year and wishing to send items back home please contact Australia Post as they have many options that may save you money.
